
Bruce Fairchild

Bruce’s 30 year working career includes extensive consultative
sales and management experience in small businesses as well as
Fortune 500 companies. Bruce founded and ran his own seminar
company. He provided guidance to students and parents regarding
the most effective way to prepare for, select and fund a college
education.
Upon graduation from the University of Washington with a B.A. in
Business Administration, Bruce accepted a management position
which brought him to San Francisco. Over the next seven years he
gained extensive experience in manufacturing, retail sales and
management. In 1983 he was recruited and hired by Dun &
Bradstreet. Over the course of the next twenty years Bruce
received numerous promotions and prestigious awards including
three consecutive Presidential Citation awards for finishing
nationally in the top 5% of all sales professionals at D&B.
His responsibilities at D&B included training, coaching,
motivating and delivering sales results. He interfaced directly
with clients, suppliers, and senior management. Bruce and his
team consistently overachieved on their set objectives. He was
also instrumental in helping several of his team members achieve
Regional and National recognition. After 20+ years at Dun &
Bradstreet, in 2003, Bruce decided it was time to put his
talents and training into a start up company of his own. While
this was a very personally rewarding endeavor, Bruce came to the
realization that if he was going to continue to fund his own
son’s college education he could much more easily achieve that
goal by helping people protect their future by providing them
with appropriate insurance solutions. With his extensive
corporate experience and comfort level when working with
executive contacts, workplace benefits were a natural fit.
Bruce joined The Parker Group team as an Account Executive in
2007 and was promoted to Director of Sales in 2008.
Bruce currently resides in Fair Oaks, California with his wife
Leslie and son Bryan.
